The classification of laminated paper can be divided into plastic release paper and non plastic release paper; Organic silicone release paper and non silicone release paper can also be classified according to release agents.
There is plastic coated paper, because the release agent has certain permeability. If there is no certain barrier, the release agent will penetrate into the interior of the paper, causing poor curing and excessive use of release agent (high cost) and many other adverse factors. So it is necessary to apply plastic coating (commonly known as film coating) on paper. Polyethylene (PE) particles are generally used for film coating in China, with a melt index of around 7. Domestic PE particles are generally selected from Yanshan Petrochemical's 1C 7A. Divided into single plastic release paper and double plastic release paper; Non plastic release paper mainly includes other release papers that have been specially treated, such as Gracin and CCK.
In addition, some release papers are widely used in many industries, and there are also those that do not use release agents. For example, label printing factories often apply a layer of varnish on areas that require release, which also has a certain degree of release ability, although the performance of the adhesive is weak. Otherwise, this ability to detach is also futile. Some release papers produced using special adhesives and other formulas have a small overall market share.
The genuine paper used in the electronics industry (release paper produced by regular factories with stable quality and supply guarantee) is relatively rare, mainly consisting of scrambled paper (release paper that has been used once abroad or has quality defects). The glue factory basically uses genuine paper.
