Full-item inspection of finished products upon warehousing
For the same production batch, 1 roll is randomly selected from every 5 tons and sent to the laboratory for testing. The larger the batch size, the higher the sampling ratio. The project is divided into two major parts: appearance and physical inspection, as well as food safety inspection.
(1) Physical performance testing (This is the mandatory pass criterion for shipment, based on GB/T 36392-2025)
1.Weight test: Weight per square meter, deviation ≤ ±3g per square meter;
2. Laminated film peel strength: The paper film does not easily delaminate and the peel force meets the standard.
3. Waterproof Leakage Test (Hot Drink Focus)
Pour the double-sided laminated film into 90℃ hot water and let it stand for 30 minutes. There should be no water leakage or bubble formation on the back side; for the single-sided laminated film, it should not leak even when placed in 60℃ cold water.
4. Heat sealing strength test: The standard peel strength is ≥ 2.5 N/15mm;
5. Tensile strength and moisture content testing: The moisture content should be controlled between 6% and 10%. Excessive moisture can lead to mold growth.
6. Dust and odor detection: No pungent plastic odor or musty paper smell.
7. Fluorescence re-inspection: The finished product undergoes another fluorescent lamp inspection to prevent cross-contamination from entering the fluorescence.
(2) Rapid food safety screening (routine factory screening, regular third-party comprehensive inspection)
1.Simple migration immersion test: Cold and hot solvents immersion, the liquid is clear and does not show any turbidity or color change;
2. The appearance shows no oil residue (there are no white precipitates on the surface of the PE film);
3. Quarterly third-party testing: Total migration amount, heavy metals, 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol, PFAS (mandatory for orders exported to the EU);
4. Quarterly microbial sampling: The total number of colonies and coliform bacteria must not be detected.
