Final inspection before shipment (the last check before loading, to prevent incorrect delivery and mixed batches)
Order information verification
1.Customer product name, weight per piece, single/double lamination, PE, roll/cup sheet, weight, quantity. Ensure no wrong material specifications are delivered.
2. Outer packaging inspection
The moisture-proof wrapping film is intact, the paper tube has a protective edge, the packaging is rainproof, and the labels are clear; for export goods, moisture-absorbing desiccants are added.
3. Randomized sample review
Randomly open one roll for rapid re-inspection: fluorescence, laminated surface (both sides), presence of leakage;
4. Document-based Outbound Delivery
Included with the goods: Factory self-inspection report, certificate of conformity; For foreign trade customers, additional documents include third-party test report, PFAS report, and conformity statement;
5. Loading and Unloading Monitoring: Prevent damage caused by squeezing during loading and unloading. Take appropriate rain protection measures in rainy weather.
