Inspection of semi-finished products in the cutting/molding process (for large roll processing, according to the customer's specifications)
1.Dimension accuracy inspection
Roll: Width tolerance ±1mm, flat end surface without flared edge;
Die-cut cup pieces: Fan-shaped, with length and width within ±0.5mm tolerance, and without edge trimming burrs.
2. End face and tightness inspection
The paper roll is of moderate tightness, without loose rolls, collapsed rolls, or uneven end faces. Avoid transportation-induced layering due to compression.
3. Batch identification verification
Each roll of product: production batch, weight, single-sided/double-sided laminated film, material PE, production date.
