Online real-time inspection (continuous inspection during the coating production process, real-time interception of defective products)
After starting the laminating machine, a routine inspection should be conducted every 30 minutes. The production line will automatically perform the inspection while manual inspection is also carried out simultaneously.
1.Film thickness monitoring
The online thickness measuring instrument continuously scans the film layer. For standard PE film, the thickness is 12-20 μm. If the film is too thin, pinholes and leakage will occur; if the film is too thick, the heat sealing will be poor and the equipment will automatically alarm.
2. Pinhole Online Inspection
The entire roll of the high-pressure pinhole detector undergoes comprehensive inspection. Once a pinhole is detected, it is immediately classified as a defective product, and the location of the defect is automatically marked; pinholes are the core cause of water leakage in paper cups, and zero tolerance is applied.
3. Composite Adhesion State
Manual inspection of paper film adhesion: No wrinkles, bubbles, delamination, leakage, or single-sided membrane deficiency (distinguish between single-sided/double-sided laminated films for inspection).
4. Temperature and real-time sampling for heat sealing
Take a small sample every half an hour and conduct a heat sealing test on it. Heat seal at 160 - 190℃, ensuring no cracking or incomplete sealing at the seal.
5. Visual continuous inspection
Observe the surface of the reel: no oil stains, burnt particles, crystal spots, scratches, or paper fibers accumulation.
