.Raw material incoming inspection (first quality control checkpoint before production; non-conforming materials are not processed)
1. Paper cup base paper testing.
2. Verify qualifications: supplier's food-grade test report, factory certificate of conformity, and batch number;
3. Visual inspection: No holes, mold spots, oil stains, black dust, or water marks;
4. Fluorescence test: Under fluorescent lighting, no optical brighteners detected;
5. Physical sampling inspection: weight, stiffness (crosswise/longitudinal), water absorbency, moisture content, brightness;
6. Safety inspection: Sampling and testing for heavy metals such as lead and arsenic.
.Laminating particle detection（PE)
1.Qualification verification: Food contact grade certificate, GB4806.7 test report;
2. Appearance: The particles are uniform, free of impurities and blackened recycled material particles.
3. Conducting random tests on melt index to ensure the stability of film coating formation;
4. The recycling and reprocessing of plastic particles is strictly prohibited.
3. Auxiliary material testing (heat sealing aid, lubricant)
Check the GB9685 license list and there are no prohibited additives.
