Production Process Overview

1. Paper Preparation
Select the appropriate paper suitable for the lamination process and perform pre-treatment such as decontamination and dust removal.
2. PE Lamination
Cover the surface of the paper with molten PE plastic particle through the lamination equipment to form a layer of PE film.
3. Cooling and Setting.

Use cooling equipment to set the PE film on the paper, ensuring a tight bond between the film and the paper.
4. Cutting and Rolling.

Cut the laminated paper and roll it into different-sized finished products as needed.
5. Quality Inspection and Packaging
Inspect the finished products for quality and ensure they meet the requirements. Then, package them for transportation and storage.
